About Me
I have immense gratitude for the opportunity to help others discover emotional wellbeing and fulfillment in life. My aim is to offer a meaningful and effective therapeutic experience where individuals can access clarity, connection, and discover the right solutions for their circumstance.
I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University, a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from Western Washington University and have experience working in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, interdisciplinary healthcare, and addiction recovery.
I utilize multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities in my therapy practice and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person. I am committed to meeting people with compassion regardless of their worldview and place major emphasis on the development of one’s personal values which leads to an enhanced ability to make free and self-responsible decisions.
Outside of my therapy practice, I spend my time playing jazz music, playing competitive soccer, and going on adventures with my Husband and German Shepherd, Bongo.
